    <summary type="html">I think there's more of an ongoing discussion of gaming that seems to happen about 2x  a month on wednesdays over in PDX Games.  IIRC, there's a good number of Looney games played at these get togethers.</summary>

In the Voodoo Doughnuts thread, I mentioned backgammon, then Fluxx, and someone else mentioned other Looney Labs games (namely Aquarius), and someone else mentioned Munchkin Fu and A Thousand Blank White Cards. &#xD;
&#xD;
I love games! When I first moved to Portland (1994), I found a group on usenet that started up a Monday night games night at a coffee shop in Tigard. It was great fun. Maybe it's time to get something like that going again... &#xD;
&#xD;
Please post if you're interested, and please also suggest coffee houses with enough tables and an ambience amenable to a bunch of game-playing, coffee-drinking geeks. I don't know if that place we used to go to still exists. I wish I could remember the name of it! &#xD;

I'm thinking of maybe an every-other-week thing on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays... and if enough people are interested, we could do it weekly, or different parts of town on different weeknights...</summary>
