Most of my favorite blanks came from websites with lists, but here are a few I've actually played:

Basic FLUXX - Any card that is not part of the original game (except for this one) is illegal and cannot be played. If you have illegal gcards in your hand, immediately discard them and draw the same number of cars as replacements. If you draw an illegal card, immediately discard it and draw again to replace it. Discard any illegal New Rules, Keepers, or Goals in play.

Cut it and Play it. - Cut the draw deck, then play the card on the bottom of the portion you picked up. If there is only one card in the draw deck, play that one.
This card, and all cards played because of it, are counted as a single play.

Public Records - All players play with their hands face up in front of them on the table.

Rule Limit [X] - (Note: [X] would be a number from 1 - 5 or more) At the end of your turn, if there are more than [X] New Rules in play, remove the extra Rules from play. (Place in Discard pile.) Current player chooses which Rules to discard.

Goals:
Ooops! - The top two discarded Keepers are now what is required to meet this Goal. Good luck.

Got Milk? - The player with Milk wins. (I like a goal that changes the balance of power in the cards).

If I ever have any original ideas, I'll get back to you.

Okay, maybe it's time for a topic. How about... what is the best new Fluxx card you've made/seen?

Discuss amongst yourselves.

Ah, I see that you are shy. That's okay, I'll start;

SWAP [action]
"Exchange hands, Keepers, and seats with one other player. That player finishes the remainder of your current turn."

Pretty simple, but I think it's cute. Players with a winning goal gloat less if they think it's still in circulation.

Okay, so the rest of you start talking... NOW.

I made a new goal:
"NIHILISM Life has no meaning. No one can win while this goal is active."

It can be particularly useful if Secret Data is in effect and you don't know what goals(s) people may be nearing.

So, I haven't spent too much time on this, but I've been thinking about and working on a set of goals based around having an Andy Looney keeper (and, as it happens, a Maverick keeper, too.) ( http://www.wunderland.com/LooneyLabs/PTCafe/Arisia03.html for that reference.)

Obviously: AL & The Pyriamid: Icehouse. AL & Time: Chrononauts AL & (Peace or Love): Aquarius. I don't have good answers for Werewolf, Nanofic, CosCoasters, QTurn or Proton. (Ok, for QTurn, I made an Arrow keeper, but I need some other uses for it.)

And, for AL & Maverick: The Gamemasters.

Yes, it makes the AL keeper too damned powerful, but you know, I'm sure he likes it that way.

This is the only tribute I've made to other games in Fluxx...
<a cookie if you get the reference>

BRAIN BASEBALL
Action
Your turn ends. Starting with you, each player rolls a die. The first player to roll 6 gets The Brain (if in play) and the next turn.
